Reptiles are backwards, as in Backward Folk, Hillbilly-ish, based on impulse rather than common sense.
I also thought it meant that despite her being a reptilian girl, she certainly doesn't have any girly traits such as favouring the cute designs on her dress.

I love how you evoked the feeling of rustic seclusion in a wintery cabin. No television, no video games, no modern noise. Kind of lonesome and alien to many people these days.
Hope you master your sound booth in the future!

I certainly wasn't expecting the story to be a positive, endearing one. Fine job portraying those emotions. I felt the trepidation and uncertainty of whether he should continue his autopsy, I felt the paternal kindness from the cadaver, I felt the humanity and respect for the dead through such a thorough examination, the constant understanding and freedom given from the cadaver for the student to learn and grow. If you refine your animation and sound editing, I'm sure you'll make more enjoyable pieces like this one.

thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. And thanks for the feedback :)

It's great to see you animating again. Y'know, I'm not sure if it's MY computer, but at the end of the loop, it seems there's a part where the music track skips. Makes listening to the song loop feel awkward every time it resets. Your art lines are consistent and clean, and I think the bounce effects for her fabric and hair are well done.
The pink haired cutey has a rather too-ditzy expression maybe? I feel sorry for her brother. Hope to see more animation soon! ^_^

LovelyKouga responds:

Yeah I've had a MASSIVE HEADACHE with the music, you've NO IDEA...

I bought the song legally via iTunes, but of course...Audacity was like 'nope can't edit this song cos it's an m4a and copyright protected like a bitch'. So I resorted to downloading an mp3 from the internet, and Audacity even refused to play THAT.
I honestly gave up after an hour of this, and ended up snatching the song from the youtube video I made. Fucking Apple products. If i bought the song, I should be able to cop and change it as I goddamn please, right?

The looped music is sliiightly better on the youtube version, but the video quality is quite bad because I once again couldn't figure out the bloody exporting options. >.<

Excuses excuses, right? XD

Okay, you win.

I didn't think that I'd like it. Far too simple to be 'good', right? Well, as 'simple' as it is, it turned out to be 'just enough'. Good job. n_n'''
What is the name of the piano music in the background? It's eery, creepy, and reminds me of something... something amazing that I haven't watched in a while.

Cute.

Got the lyrics to it's song? >_<

AKS9 responds:

xD.. i did write some actually
but they're really kinda um..
im not sure of the english word
"cheesy and lame" maybe xD

ok, imagine the robot is singing this.
and each paragraph corresponds to a different "section" of the movie,
like this
a:singing in snow
b:singing in blue clouds
c:singing with heart symbol
d:singing with moon

and don't take the lyrics seriously lol take'em in a kinda funny ironic loly way. um yeh w/e

"bip bip bip etc.....

a:
on this winter night, you might feel alone
but if you were surrounded by pretty stars, it might not matter

b:
discard your wired circuits, they only offer resistance
there is no love to be found therein

c:
love
no need to love me back

d:
i saw your face in the moonlight and it's always you i dream about"

omg

For 'rough' animation, you capture many emotive expressions through your style.
You really give a sense of how much the 'Jesus' character gives of himself while acting as a vessel for a higher power, and how draining it can be. Having the crown of thorns act as a means of forcing extra power through him through his suffering is just beautiful.
I never really understood why the 'Jesus' character in the many Madness movies was so popular, but you managed to make him look and 'feel' extra cool.
10/10. Once again, I love the artistic expression in your work.

Worthy

At first I felt that the animation wasn't polished enough, but I ignored that, and started to look at HOW you unveiled the STORY.
Very nicely done. Nice music choice, and nice use of story progression. I hope your animation skills smooth out a little better over time.

'Unconditional' Love?...

This series brings up a powerful message, if you listen for it.
Society tends to judge and label. Even if your love is honest, good-intentioned and pure, it can only be acceptable if the rest of society says it's okay. So much for 'unconditional love', right?
There was a time when people thought people of different ethnicities should never be together, when two same-sex partners could never be together, and religious differences could never pair. When will love be free? Although there has been positive changes in some parts of the world, many still love, and suffer from it, in silence.
The polygamist who can never have the other woman he loves, the step-sister who fell for her brother, the 28 year old falling for the 70 year old.
When is love 'okay'? This series brings up a powerful topic, and is beautifully done. Looking forward to the fifth, even if it means the series will come to an end. Bravo.

Wuvvable Forbidden Romance!!! n_n

Ooh, damn you! Now we're left with a cliffhanger!?... >_<
Ah, well, at least we have at LEAST one more to look forward to!
Huggles and cuddles! Thanks for continuing the series!
